South County Adult Day Services (SCADS) is a licensed health care facility providing both adult day and health care services for disabled and older adults. Our commitment is to provide specialized care in a compassionate, professional manner that enables frail older adults and persons with disabilities to live more independently and prevent or delay placement into a nursing home. SCADS also seeks to improve the health and mental well being of families and caregivers by providing support and information and referrals to community resources.
