The V.I.P. Centers are individualized Adult Day Health Care programs specifically designed for individuals with a physical or mental impairment that handicaps activities of daily living. We are a non-profit facility licensed by the Department of Aging and the Department of Health Services, and operate under Community SeniorServ- helping maintain independence and well-being. We are here to help individuals by providing supportive therapies so that they, and their loved ones, can maintain as much daily independence as possible and remain an active community participant.
Our services include:
Medical/Nursing Monitoring (glucose monitoring available, if needed)
Physical and Occupational Therapy
Social Services
Nutritional Services (breakfast, lunch, and snack)
Activity Program
Program Aides to assist with incontinence and/or transfers
Transportation to and from the center
