Acacia Adult Day Services provides both adult day care and adult day health care to frail older adults, persons with Alzheimer's and related dementias, individuals who are disabled, and their caregivers. Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., the agency reflects the diversity of the individuals who come from over 17 cities located in Orange County and parts of Los Angeles county. Services include but are not limited to: therapeutic activities, physical, occupational, speech and maintenance therapy, nursing supervision, fall prevention classes, adult education, medication and health monitoring, breakfast, lunch and snack programs, case management, transportation, and family support groups
